This Week in the San Diego Housing Market

This week we are seeing housing market numbers go UP after the slow down of the holidays.

New homes listed this week are up to 335 from only 154 the week before. Pending sales are also up, showing there is some movement in the market.

As high interest rates, low affordability, and low invetory continue to plague the San Diego real estate market sellers are offering more incentives to home buyers.
