With the holiday season upon us, it's the perfect time to talk about how to celebrate holistically. Holidays can be joyful but also a bit overwhelming. So, here are some tips on how to manage stress, find more joy, and eat healthily during this festive season. I know I can run a bit ragged during the holidays so I'm sharing some of my tips on how to maintain peace and joy during this holiday season.

The holidays, while joyful, can also bring increased demands, such as shopping, socializing, and hosting events.
